Embed the Waitlist on Your Website
FullSlot gives you a widget and a standalone booking page so clients can join your waitlist directly from your website — no phone call, no back-and-forth.
Option 1: Embed widget
The embed widget is a small form you can drop into any page on your website. Clients enter their name, phone number (and optionally email), choose an appointment type, and submit. They're added directly to your waitlist.
To get your embed code:
1. Go to Settings → Waitlist Widget. 2. Copy the embed code snippet. 3. Paste it into your website wherever you want the form to appear.
The widget works with any website builder — Squarespace, Wix, Webflow, WordPress, and others. If your builder supports custom HTML or embed blocks, it'll work.
Option 2: Standalone waitlist page
Every FullSlot account has a hosted waitlist page — a dedicated URL your clients can visit to join. You don't need to embed anything. Just share the link.
To find your waitlist page URL:
Go to Settings → Waitlist Widget. Your page URL is listed at the top.
This is useful for:
- Adding to your Linktree or Instagram bio
- Linking from your Calendly confirmation page
- Including in email footers or SMS follow-ups
What clients see
The form asks for:
- First name
- Phone number (for SMS notifications)
- Email (optional, if you use email notifications)
- Appointment type (if you offer multiple services)
After submitting, they see a confirmation message and receive a welcome text or email depending on your notification settings.
