How Do I Connect Square or Acuity?
FullSlot connects directly to Square Appointments and Acuity Scheduling, so cancellations are detected and your waitlist is notified without any manual work.
Square Appointments
Before you start
- You'll need owner or manager access to your Square account
- Square Appointments must be enabled on your Square account
How to connect
1. Go to Integrations in the sidebar 2. Click Connect next to Square Appointments 3. Sign in with your Square account and authorize FullSlot 4. Select the location(s) to monitor 5. Map your Square service types to your FullSlot appointment typesOnce connected, FullSlot detects cancellations in Square in real time.
Acuity Scheduling
Before you start
- You'll need admin access to your Acuity account
- Have your appointment types set up in FullSlot before connecting
How to connect
1. Go to Integrations in the sidebar 2. Click Connect next to Acuity Scheduling 3. Authorize FullSlot in Acuity 4. Map your Acuity appointment types to your FullSlot waitlistsWhat happens after connecting
FullSlot starts monitoring your scheduler immediately. The first time a client cancels, you'll see the slot appear in your Cancellations queue and — if your waitlist has clients — notifications will go out automatically.
My scheduler isn't listed
If you're using a scheduler not listed in Integrations, use the Webhook Bridge to connect it. Most scheduling tools can send a notification when a cancellation happens — the bridge listens for that and routes it through FullSlot's normal flow.
