Inviting and Managing Team Members
You can invite staff members to access your FullSlot dashboard. They'll be able to manage clients, view cancellations, and notify the waitlist — without having access to settings or sensitive business data.
Inviting a team member
1. Go to Settings → Team.
2. Click Invite team member.
3. Enter their email address and click Send invite.
They'll receive an email with a link to accept the invitation. If they don't already have a FullSlot account, they'll be prompted to create one.
What happens after they accept
Once they accept, they'll have Staff access to your account. They can log in and see the dashboard for your location(s). See Roles and Permissions for a full breakdown of what staff can and can't do.
Removing a team member
1. Go to Settings → Team.
2. Find the team member and click Remove.
They'll immediately lose access to your account. Their FullSlot account itself is not deleted — they just lose access to your location(s).
If a team member didn't receive the invite
- Ask them to check their spam or promotions folder.
- You can resend the invite from Settings → Team by clicking Resend next to their name.
- Make sure the email address was entered correctly.
