QR Code Waitlist Join
Every appointment type in FullSlot has its own QR code. When a client scans it, they land directly on your waitlist join form — no link to type, no app to install.
Where to find your QR code
1. Go to Tools in your FullSlot dashboard 2. If you have multiple appointment types, select the one you want from the tab bar 3. The QR code card shows a scannable preview automatically
Downloading and printing it
Click Download PNG to save a 512×512 PNG of the QR code. This resolution is print-ready at any standard counter card or flyer size.
Where to put it:
- Taped to the front desk or reception counter
- Printed on checkout receipts or appointment reminders
- On a tabletop card in the waiting room
- Attached to the stylist station or treatment room door
- On your business card
What the client sees
When a client scans the code, their phone opens the waitlist join form for that specific appointment type. They fill in their name and phone number (or email), tap Join Waitlist, and they're on the list. The whole flow takes under 30 seconds.
They'll receive a confirmation text or email, and FullSlot will notify them the moment a slot opens.
One QR code per appointment type
If you offer multiple appointment types, each has its own QR code. This matters for multi-service businesses: a client joining the Botox Consult waitlist goes into the right queue automatically, without any sorting required on your end.
