Roles and Permissions: Owner vs. Staff
FullSlot has two roles: Owner and Staff. The owner is the person who created the account. Staff are team members who have been invited to help manage the waitlist.
What each role can do

What staff can't see
Staff members have a focused view of the dashboard:
- Analytics — revenue data and performance breakdowns are owner-only
- Settings — appointment types, locations, notification channels, and templates
- Integrations connect/disconnect — staff can use Sync but cannot authorize or deauthorize Calendly
- Revenue metrics — the overview dashboard hides Recovered This Month and All-Time Revenue for staff
This keeps sensitive business data visible only to the owner while giving staff everything they need to manage day-to-day waitlist activity.
Changing a team member's role
Currently all invited team members are Staff. If you need someone to have full access, they should be added as the account owner — contact support if you need to transfer ownership.
