Understanding Your Overview Dashboard
The overview is the first thing you see when you log in. Every number on it is live and clickable — you can drill into the detail behind any stat in one click.
The stat cards
Fill Rate The percentage of detected cancellations that were filled by someone on your waitlist. A 100% fill rate means every slot that opened found a taker. Click this card to see all your filled slots.
Avg Time to Fill How long it takes from when FullSlot detects a cancellation to when a client claims it — on average. Lower is better. Click to go to the full analytics view.
Waitlist Size Total number of clients currently waiting across all your appointment types. Click to go to your Waitlist.
Recovered This Month Revenue collected so far this calendar month. If payments are connected (Square or Stripe), this number reflects actual payments. Otherwise, it's estimated from your appointment prices.
Slots Filled This Month How many cancellations were successfully filled this month. Click to see those filled slots.
Attribution row
Below the cards, you'll see a line like: "12 filled this month — see them →"
That links directly to your filled slots for the month. It's the same data as the "Recovered This Month" card, just surfaced a second time at a glance.
The waitlist preview
The overview also shows the top entries on your active waitlist — who's waiting, for which service, and how long they've been in line. Click any row to go to that client's full profile.
What's not on the overview
The overview intentionally shows only the most important numbers. For deeper breakdowns — fill rate by appointment type, notification volume over time, wave performance — go to Analytics in the sidebar.
