Understanding Your Overview Dashboard
The overview is the first thing you see when you log in. Every number is live and clickable — you can drill into the detail behind any stat in one click.
The stat cards
Fill Rate (30d) The percentage of detected cancellations that were filled in the last 30 days. A 100% fill rate means every slot that opened found a taker. Click to see all your filled slots.
Avg Time to Fill (30d) How long it takes from when FullSlot detects a cancellation to when a client claims it — on average over the last 30 days. Lower is better. Click to go to the full analytics view.
Waitlist Size Total number of clients currently waiting across all your appointment types. Click to go to your Waitlist.
Recovered This Month Revenue recovered so far this calendar month from filled cancellations, estimated from your appointment prices. Click to see the breakdown.
Slots Filled This Month How many cancellations were successfully filled this month. Click to see those filled slots.
Today's priorities
Below the stat cards is a Today's priorities panel — slots that need action right now. These are openings from cancellations detected in your scheduler or manually created in FullSlot that are either urgent (within 24 hours), held for review, or ready to notify.
Click any row to go to the slot detail and take action.
Risk Watch
The Risk Watch panel surfaces items that could cost you revenue if left unaddressed:
- Held for review — slots FullSlot couldn't confidently match to a waitlist, waiting for your approval
- Urgent openings (24h) — slots where the appointment is coming up fast
- Unnotified openings — slots that have been detected but no notifications have gone out yet
- Claims expiring soon — open claims about to time out without being taken
Performance + Recommendations
Further down, each of your appointment types gets its own performance card showing fill rate, waitlist depth, expired slots, missed revenue, and average response time — plus a specific recommendation if something needs attention. What's not on the overview
The overview shows your most important live numbers. For deeper breakdowns — fill rate trends, channel performance (SMS vs. email), and attribution — go to Analytics in the sidebar.
