Managing Multiple Locations

If you run more than one location — separate offices, studios, or clinics — FullSlot lets you manage all of them from a single login. Each location has its own waitlists, appointment types, schedules, and connected scheduler.


How locations work

Each location is isolated:

  • Its own waitlist per appointment type
  • Its own connected scheduler (e.g., one Square location, one Google Calendar)
  • Its own notification settings and quiet hours
  • Its own team members (or shared, depending on your plan)

Clients on the waitlist at Location A are not notified when a slot opens at Location B.


Setting up a new location

1. Go to Settings → Locations 2. Click Add Location 3. Enter the location name and address 4. Connect the scheduler for this location (see integration guides for Google Calendar, Outlook, Square or Acuity) 5. Set up appointment types for this location (they can mirror your other locations or be different)


Switching between locations

Use the location switcher in the top navigation bar to switch between locations. All views — Cancellations, Waitlists, Analytics — update to show only data for the selected location.


Team access by location

You can invite team members to specific locations or give them access to all locations:

  • All locations — can switch freely between any location
  • Specific location — only sees and manages that location

To manage team access, go to Settings → Team.


Analytics across locations

When you're in the All Locations view, the revenue dashboard and fill rate metrics are aggregated across all locations. To drill into a specific location, switch to it using the location switcher.


Plan limits

If you've reached your plan limit, go to Settings → Plan to upgrade.
